This specialty-grade blend brings together carefully selected washed Arabica coffees from farms around Vilcabamba, the famed Valley of Longevity. Every batch scores 85 points or above on the professional cupping scale, placing it firmly in specialty territory.
The cup profile is elegant and balanced, opening with bright notes of red fruits before giving way to the warm sweetness of panela (traditional unrefined cane sugar) and rich chocolate. The body is creamy and full, and the finish is prolonged and deeply satisfying.
